Hi, I’m Karen Miners — founder and lead therapist and coach at Corporate & Calm, Milton Keynes.

I spent years working in marketing, PR and business, across small independents and large multinationals, and I know first-hand the pressure that professional life can bring. It took lived experience to understand what chronic stress does to the mind and body — and to discover how much changes when you have the right tools and support.

That journey led me to train as a Mind-Body & Wellness Coach and Massage Therapist — and ultimately to found Corporate & Calm. My belief is simple: with the right support, greater balance, health and fulfilment aren’t just aspirational — they’re achievable.

I want to bring that support into the place where most of us need it most: work!

I am a full member of the FHT, hallmarking the very highest standards of practice and codes of conduct and am approved on their professional register as a consultant/coach, therapist and teacher across health, wellness and massage specialties.
